Position: Project Manager needed for a construction company.
Location: Mid Wilshire, CA
Primary Areas: Pacific Palisades/Brentwood
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-4:00PM
Duties:
1. Manage new construction projects from start to finish.
2. Oversee day to day operations, inspections, subcontractors, and job-site coordination.
3. Manage daily operations and new construction job-sites.
4. Ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget according to plans/building codes.
5. Ensure compliance and with all building codes and safety requirements.
Requirements:
1. Must have 5 years experience in construction.
2. Must be able to read plans/blueprints.
3. Familiar with building codes.
4. Must have a car/driver’s license.
5. Strong knowledge of construction materials, building codes, and new construction.
6. Experience managing subcontractors and inspections.
7. Must be able to be on-site daily in Pacific Palisades.
Compensation: $80K-$100K per year depending on experience plus PTO.
