PERSONAL INJURY PARALEGAL
Small Personal Injury Law Firm seeking a personal injury paralegal. Experience required. Must be responsible and reliable. Bilingual is a must (English & Spanish). Willing to be a team player.
The position entails the following duties:
Answering multiple calls
Case intake and file handling
Dealing with insurance carriers
Some litigation experience
Setting up doctors' appointments
Message taking and call transfer
Processing Incoming & Outgoing Mail
Data Entry
Preparing Documents/letters/forms
Provide Secretarial support to Senior Paralegals
Copying/Scanning/Faxing/E-Mailing
Filing
Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bilingual is a MUST: English and Spanish
Knowledge of business English, spelling, punctuation, and grammar
Knowledge and proficiency in the use of technology (i.e., computers, word processing, fax, scanner, etc.)
Punctual & Reliable
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Non-Smokers
