Seeking experienced applicant’s workers’ compensation assistant. Candidates must have experience with:
- at least two years+ working in the workers’ compensation field
- bilingual (English/Spanish)
- multi-tasker, type 50 wp+
- excellent writing skills
- great customer service skills
- filing applications, reporting claims, managing cases from beginning to end
- providing case status to clients, secure client’s benefits
- preparing/drafting petitions/objections
- knowledgeable with MPN, IMR procedures and EAMS, etc.
Candidates must be understanding, compassionate, well-mannered, polite, and assertive. Must have excellent people skills, positive outlook, be reliable, dependable, and consistent.
This is a full time Monday through Friday position (IN OFFICE) with a schedule of 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m.
