Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferred in Restoration, Construction, or Insurance industries)
Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to generate qualified leads.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with the key referral partners (insurance adjusters, property managers, agents, etc.)
Conduct regular networking, presentations, and business development activities to promote services.
Follow up on inbound leads and track all interactions through the CRM system.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Participate in trade shows, community events, and business mixers.
Collaborate with management and the production team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Provide weekly reports on marketing activity, lead status, and revenue generated.
