The Opportunity
We are seeking an Operations Project Manager to execute critical initiatives that improve operational effectiveness, efficiency, and profitability. This role supports new client implementations, robotics rollouts, and special projects across the organization. You will also drive efficiency through standardization of supplies, equipment management, and maintenance planning.
What You’ll Do
Support new client onboarding projects, ensuring smooth transitions and service readiness.Manage and support robotic cleaning deployments, including training and integration.Execute initiatives that improve efficiency and profitability, including supply standardization and equipment lifecycle management.Collaborate across departments to deliver projects that strengthen service delivery, operational performance, and cost management.Travel as needed to support client implementations and operational initiatives.
