Commercial Cleaning Manager
Must have experience managing other associates
Must have three years or more of pressure washing experience with 3500 psi 190° water commercial cleaning equipment
Must be proficient in window washing.
Bilingual - Proficient in English and Spanish.
Able to communicate to upper management subordinates and team members expectations.
Must be technology savvy
Must have experience photographing commercial property cleaning.
Requirements :
You - will manage a team of four or more technicians in the field performing window, cleaning and pressure washing of commercial and residential properties. You will perform pressure washing and window cleaning as well as oversee other technicians in the field responsible for property site inspections and communication to management and customers articulating services performed.
We - are a Orange County based commercial maintenance company with over 20 years of experience and establishment in the Southern California region.
We clean and manage outdoor shopping centers and provide pressure washing forBuildings, sidewalks, awnings, and waste areas.
