An immigration law firm with offices in Irvine, Pasadena, and Santa Ana seeks a Bilingual Intake Specialist for our Santa Ana office.
We handle asylum, removal defense, family, business, and USCIS matters. The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, and compassionate, with strong communication skills and the ability to assist clients in both Spanish and English.
Responsibilities: client intakes, phone calls, scheduling, and data entry into Docketwise (training provided).
Requirements: bilingual (Spanish–English), organized, and detail-oriented. Prior legal or customer service experience preferred.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
Compensation
$21–$26 per hour, depending on experience
