We are seeking a legal assistant preferably with experience in workers' compensation law but will train the right candidate.
Preferred to know how to file an application for benefits, DOR's, and petitions and set medical examinations.
Duties include: screening prospective clients, answering phones, speaking to clients, setting medical appointment and examinations and client management.
Preferred to know how to: take a file from beginning to end, set medical appointments, set AME/QME appointments, organize files, and manage clients.
Personal Injury experience is a plus. Competitive pay based upon experience. Laid back and flexible office environment.
