Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage concrete projects from start to finish
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints to ensure precision and quality
- Set up and finish concrete with a focus on detail and safety
- Lead, train, and manage a team, ensuring efficiency and excellent teamwork
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Bilingual: Must speak fluent English and Spanish
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Exceptional skills in setting up and finishing concrete
