Flour Dust focuses on artisanal Neapolitan-style pizza, creative appetizers and salads, and original pasta dishes out of a family-owned shop in West Roseville. Our kitchen is led by Mano and our head chef Domingo who has enjoyed a long career in the culinary world and has spent many years in amazing Michelin Star Restaurants on the East Coast. Mano received his pizza training in Florence, Italy where he learned to create true authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas.
When you join our team, you’ll have an opportunity to train alongside Mano and Domingo where you’ll gain a great knowledge of our way of cooking. You will play an integral part for the team and will have creative opportunities and a chance to get to know customers face-to-face. If you like working as part of a family-oriented team and interacting with our customers nightly, this position is for you. A team-player, positive attitude, and open weekend availability is a must.
