What You’ll Do
Execute dishes to spec during service
Maintain a clean and organized station
Assist with prep, stocking, and daily kitchen tasks
Work collaboratively with BOH & FOH teams
Uphold food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years line cook experience preferred
Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Weekend availability required
We are closed Monday & Tuesday
