Airsmiths is a local HVAC company that has been in business for over 24 years. We are looking to hire a Lead HVAC Installer who is a good communicator, has good interpersonal relation skills and has good team building skills. Must have all skills necessary to complete installation projects and all technical skills necessary to complete residential and light commercial, along with new construction HVAC installations and retro fitting projects. This is a positive and friendly work environment where our staff are appreciated and acknowledged for their good performance.
We spend the time and money to train and work with our staff consistently to become the best Technician's that they can be in Northern California and are looking for someone to join the team.
Requirements:
Must have 3-5 years of experience.
Must be 25yrs or older - for insurance purposes
Good DMV record.
Mechanically Inclined & Construction Experience a plus.
Incentives:
Starting wage is $27.00 - $37.00 dollars per hour depending on experience and skill, along with production bonuses in addition to hourly wages.
