-Full charge Bookkeeping/PT/Accounting needed (no remote work/Independent Contractor)
-Manage Property Repairs, improvements, Maintenance, computer work (must know Apple, Social Media updating/postings),
-Prepare financial statements (Income Statements, Balance Sheet and Personal accounting/budgeting)
-Monday-Friday (11 AM - 7 PM/not exact schedule)Part Time only: Independent Contractor
-Property Management/ Real Estate related businesses
-XERO accounting software experience
-Potential to live on Luxury Property/part work trade
-Trustee Management
-Accounting/Business degree preferred, must be responsible, solution oriented and positive attitude, good work ethic
-Will include other office duties like filing, organizing and administrative/ Social Media Postings/Apple Computer
-Pleasant work environment (no alcohol/drugs)/High Speed WiFi
