Mat Pilates Instructor Wanted
Seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Mat Pilates instructor to join our team. We are a wellness studio and plant boutique in Escondido dedicated to creating a supportive, inclusive, and inspiring environment for our community.
Responsibilities:
Teach engaging and effective Mat Pilates classes for students of varying levels
Provide modifications and corrections to ensure safe and proper form
Build a welcoming, motivating atmosphere that encourages consistency and growth
Support studio culture through collaboration, professionalism, and positive energy
Qualifications:
Certified Pilates instructor (required)
Prior teaching experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to inspire and motivate students
Passion for health, movement, and community wellness
