Description Our client, a leading HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) company looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team. Your key responsibility will be to interact with our customers and provide them with information to address inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries or issues through various channels (phone, email, etc.).

Provide product and service information to customers and identify up-selling opportunities.

Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and process customer accounts.

Coordinate with the technical team to handle service schedules and ensure timely maintenance and repairs.

Manage customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

Keep records of customer transactions, interactions, comments, and complaints.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven customer support experience specifically in HVAC or similar industry.

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

Ability to adapt and respond to different types of customer characters.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

High school diploma is a minimum; more education or experience would be a plus.
