Description Our esteemed client is a major force within the construction industry, marked by their exceptional projects and commitment to quality. They are currently seeking a highly professional and experienced Executive Assistant to support their senior management in maintaining smooth, efficient operations.The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support, which includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, meticulous, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executives' schedules and appointments.
Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
File and retrieve documents and reference materials.
Handle confidential matters with a high level of discretion and integrity.
Liase with internal departments and with external organizations and clients.
Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Proven work experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
An understanding of the construction industry would be advantageous.
Preferred Skills:
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
High degree of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information
