Looking for a strong Lead line cook. must be able to work each station, flat top , sautee, and fry with ease. must be able to work as a team, and play well with others. i'm looking for someone who is looking to take the next step from line cook to entry level supervisor. duties will include making sure prep is done before service, cleaning duties at the end of the night. basic supervision while the chef is away.
Pay is $23+ tips @ $2.5-3 an hour. so $26 an hour in total.
there is also lots of overtime to be had which would increase your pay on a daily and weekly basis.
5+ years of similar kitchen experience is required, you should know your way around a kitchen.
