The Loma Club in Liberty Station has opened a newly renovated kitchen, and we're looking to add a Lead Line Cook to our team!
Responsibilities:
Monitor food stock and place orders if needed
Execute the preparation and presentation of food items
Check the quality of raw and cooked foods to ensure standards are met
Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
Clean and maintain kitchen to health standards
Comply with all health and safety regulations
Delegate appropriate tasks to other kitchen staff
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
About The Loma Club:
Dating back to the early 1900s, The Loma Club was originally part of the historic San Diego Country Club, which merged with A.G. Spalding’s Point Loma Golf Club in 1914 to create a San Diego landmark that has been in existence for over a century. The Loma Club has been under new ownership as of January 2020 and gone through a multi-year renovation process, which includes the addition of two mini golf courses, a golf shop, and a brand new kitchen and dining room!
