Eastridge Workforce Solutions is looking for Production Associates in Carlsbad area to start as soon as possible! 1st and 2nd shifts available! Manufacturing experience REQUIRED.
Location: Carlsbad, CA 92008
Shift: 530 AM - 2 PM 1st shift,
2 PM - 1030 PM 2nd shift, Monday - Friday, may require OT
Pay: $20 - $22/hr
Duration: 3 months
What You’ll Do:
· Perform assembly operations with precision and care.
· Ensure quality and quantity standards are consistently met.
· Conduct routine SAP transactions, including handling rejects and more.
· Adhere to all safety and housekeeping standards to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
· Take on other warehouse and production-related duties as needed.
What You Need:
· Previous experience in assembly or production operations REQUIRED.
· Ability to perform routine SAP transactions.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
· Adherence to safety standards and protocols.
