Building Maintenance Technician Wanted (San Diego)
Looking for experienced HOA maintenance technician to join our team.
Hours: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm M-F
Compensation: DOE (Depends on Experience)

Job Description: Perform HOA property related repairs and maintenance tasks.
Experience in one or more of the following construction trades:
Painting, Drywall, Stucco, Concrete
Electrical repairs
Plumbing
Carpentry
Construction
Wood replacement due to termite damage
Welding
Qualifications/Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience
Ability to work without supervision
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must have your own tools
Reliable Transportation (preferable truck) reliable of carrying materials and equipment to and from job sites
Valid DL and auto insurance
