San Diego Print Shop
We are an established San Diego printing company with a loyal customer base and steady monthly work. We’re looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Print Production lead to join our team. This is a hands-on, active role (not a desk job) where you’ll help produce and install high-quality print products for our clients.
What You’ll Do:
Assist with print production from start to finish
Help with vinyl graphic installation (preferred, but we will train if you’re eager to learn)
Use tools such as X-Acto knives, cutters, and trimmers to prepare jobs with precision
Handle some heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) for materials and equipment
Meet with customers on location for installations and service needs
Provide excellent customer service and ensure jobs are done on time and with care
What We’re Looking For:
Some experience in printing, graphics, or sign/vinyl installation (or willingness to learn quickly)
Strong attention to detail
Friendly, reliable, and professional personality
Ability to work on your feet and manage deadlines
Team player with good communication skills
Stable, long-running print shop with repeat customers
