Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Screen Printing Operator with 2+ years on automatic presses

(Printex or M&R preferred). The ideal candidate is committed to quality and excellence, works

well with others, and contributes positively to team culture. Embroidery machine experience is

a strong bonus.

Responsibilities

- Operate Printex or M&R automatic screen-printing presses with a focus on clean, consistent,

high-quality output

- Set up screens, maintain registration, and ensure smooth workflow throughout each job

- Mix inks using established formulas to achieve accurate, repeatable color results

- Produce multi-color prints (up to 9 colors) at scale while maintaining craftsmanship standards

- Hit daily production goals (minimum 2,000 impressions/day)

- Collaborate closely with the production team to keep jobs flowing efficiently

- Help maintain a clean, organized, and team-focused workspace

- (Preferred) Operate embroidery machines and support embroidery production when needed

Requirements

- 2+ years of screen printing operator experience (automatic press)

- Proven commitment to quality, consistency, and attention to detail

- Knowledge of ink mixing and color matching

- Ability to work well within a team-oriented, collaborative environment

- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

- Dependable, efficient, and positive attitude

- (Preferred) Embroidery machine experience (Tajima, Barudan, etc.)

Compensation

- Pay based on experience, skill level, and ink-mixing expertise

Work Environment

- In-person role

- Monday–Friday
