It brings together an interconnected network of offices spread across the United States and Europe.Key Responsibilities:
Manage new and follow-on deal processing, which includes accounting and database entry.
Oversee cap table updates and portfolio valuations.
Review of quarterly fund financials and preparation of employee fund financial statements.
Undertake ad-hoc research or reports and analyze historical trends.
Handle cash management for capital calls and distributions and conduct quarterly portfolio reviews.
Provide assistance with audits and taxes.
Requirements
Qualifications:
2-5 years of audit experience with venture capital or private equity clients, or at a fund administrator or at a smaller venture firm.
Possesses a collaborative and social personality with strong communication skills.
Capable of managing in a high volume and high transaction environment.
