Construction company seeks an Office Assistant.
The ideal candidate must know QuickBooks.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Maintain file systems
Self-motivated, punctual and well organized
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
Answer phones
Monitor supplies and inventory
Work Monday - Friday
Provide staff support and contribute to the needs of the organization as directed.
JOB QUALIFCATIONS:
Fluency in QuickBooks, Excel and Outlook
Minimum 2 years in similar role
Able to maintain a pleasant and positive demeanor
Ability to take ownership of work and communicate issues with management.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
