This is an IN OFFICE position as you will work closely with manager, supervisors and other members of the team.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Accounts payable invoice processing and payments
Bank reconciliations
Excel spreadsheet maintenance
General ledger entry
General accounting department assistance
We are looking for an individual with the following qualifications:
Organized
Detail minded
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to manage a variety of tasks
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Software knowledge:
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook
Prior experience with accounting programs helpful
