Part-Time or Full-Time opening available for accounting assistant in CPA firm conveniently located near the Oakland Bart Station. Our firm provides accounting, bookkeeping and tax service to businesses and individuals.
This position will involve a variety of public accounting duties including but not limited to:
Bookkeeping
Prepare corporate, personal, partnership/LLC, fiduciary and not-for-profit tax returns
Daily client interaction
Answer the phone
Qualifications:
Associate's Degree or higher in accounting.
Work experience is not necessary but must be detail-oriented. Training will be provided.
Excellent mathematical, written/ oral communication and computer skills.
Ethical and professional standards, Problem-solving, critical thinking and team player.
Fluent in English and Mandarin/Cantonese preferred.
Could provide work visa sponsorship.
Experience with Excel, QuickBooks, Lacerte, CCH tax software would be beneficial.
