We are hiring an Onsite Community Manager for our property in Concord, CA . This is a full time position. We are looking for an energetic, hard working, and dedicated individual to join our team with potential growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Generate work orders and monitor repair status
Process applications and run credit reports
Assist in the collection of rental payments and manage delinquent accounts
Provide professional customer service to residents and guests
Create, file and maintain all tenant files
Schedule and conduct tours to prospective residents
Perform other administrative tasks necessary to manage the day to day operations
Ensure the property is well maintained and in good order
Perform property and unit inspections to identify maintenance issues
Prepare move-in packets, lease agreements and application packets
Manage staff, vendors and contractors
Leasing
Heavy phones and multitasking

Preferred Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent with training in leasing, management or related activities preferred
5+ years’ administrative/directional experience in property management business environment
Excellent writing, interpersonal, and “listening” skills
Organized, detail oriented, able to focus, multi-task and work cooperatively with others
Must possess strong computer skills with Microsoft Windows, Gmail, Outlook, Word, and Excel; and use a telephone, copier, fax and other basic business machines
Must have reliable transportation, valid California driver’s license, and proof of insurance
Must be able to read English at a level sufficient to understand label instructions and warnings, write English at a level to write professional-looking notes to coworkers and residents, and speak English at a level to effectively communicate with residents, coworkers and vendors
Must be able to drive short distances (mileage reimbursement)

$75K - $95K per year depending on experience.
Discounted rate for onsite unit (1/3 discount off market rate)
