Our 58 room newly renovated airport hotel is owner operated with a valued, long-time team. Our team has proudly helped us achieve the TripAdvisor Travelers Choice Award for eleven years and AAA Inspector’s Housekeeping of the Year. We are looking for someone who eagerly embraces our enthusiasm and commitment to maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction and grow their skills.

REQUIREMENTS (2 years hotel experience required):

-Excellent customer service and communication skills. A personality that shines!

-Enjoy interacting with people from all over the world.

-Work independently and as a team player.

-Multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

-Organized and attention to details.

-Must have a history of strong reliability and excellent references.

FRONT DESK RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Friendly and sincere customer service.

-Handle reservation inquiries confidentlyselling the room/hotel, up-selling and making the reservation.

-Resolve guest requests in a manner satisfactory to both the guest and the hotel.

-Assist guests with requests, local information, SFO transportation, directions, site-seeing suggestions and arranging tours.

-Ensure proper inventory controls and accuracy to maximum selling potential.

-Efficiently and professionally check-in and out guests.

-Review arrivals noting special requests, challenges and blocking rooms.

-Review future reservations with reservation reports and note special requests, possible groups

-Balance Travel Agent commissions once a month

-Review departures to ensure billing is correct

-Maintain front desk forms and projects as needed.

-Assist in scheduling housekeepers and insuring maintenance issues are resolved.

SET SCHEDULE

COMPENSATION:- TOE - $23 - $25/hr
