Looking for someone with sushi making skills that can work the lunch hours only from 10:30AM - 2:30PM, Monday through Friday. Restaurant only sells sushi. Looking for someone dedicated and responsible because its a small restaurant. Must learn menu and memorize rolls. Training will be paid at a lower rate. After training, you are expected to work on your own.
Knowledge of fish cutting methods, food prep, rice prep, sauce prep and other misc. The most important aspect is basic sushi rolling technique with consistency.
