Trailhead Novato Cafe with heavy craft beer & artisan wine program is seeking an experienced manger.
This role will lead the FOH and BOH team through various shifts with a goal of providing a excellent guest experience in a clean & safe work environment.
The ideal candidate has strong coffee, beer, wine, & food knowledge & strong leadership quality's.
Duties Include
Cash Handling
Product Ordering
Supervision of Staff on Duty
Fielding incoming business requests
Special event execution
Training and development of FOH Staff.
Flexible schedule is a must. Weekends-Holidays are required.
This position is full time.
Compensation is DOE + Gratuity
