Looking for someone with great personal skills to represent our practice in a professional, friendly manner, interact with patients and lead our highly motivated team to continued success and is flexible with our schedule.
Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice.
Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed.
Presenting Treatment plans to the patient.
Assisting patients to fill out information forms.
Preparing patients’ charts and daily schedules
Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures.
Scheduling follow-up appointments and providing telephonic reminders.
Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed.
Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, filing and faxing.
Verifying and entering Patient Insurance Information
Saturday Availability
Commuting between Morgan Hill office and San Jose Office (San Jose office would be primary location)
