Responsibilities:
Collect, review, and organize client documents for tax preparation
Enter data from supporting documents into our systems
Scan, file, and maintain digital and paper records
Handle email, phone calls, and incoming mail
Provide general office support as needed
Qualifications:
Experience in tax preparation, office administration, or a similar role preferred
Strong typing and data-entry skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
