Job Title: Makeup Sales Associate / Shop Assistant – Kryolan City San Francisco
Job Type: Part-Time (Needed for Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays, 7 hour work-shifts, 11:45am to 6:15pm, 21 hours a week)

Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Sales Associate to join our team at Kryolan City San Francisco. This role requires someone passionate about makeup and customer service, with a willingness to learn about our extensive product line. The ideal candidate would have a genuine interest in helping customers of all kinds find the right products for their needs—from drag performance artists to professional makeup artists, makeup minimalists to makeup enthusiasts.
In addition, this position requires assistance with store projects, maintenance and store operations.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
Provide expert product recommendations tailored to individual needs, including assistance with color selection.
Educate customers about Kryolan’s professional makeup products and their applications.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Assist with inventory management, restocking, merchandising and store projects.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
Participate in team meetings and product training sessions.
Support store events, promotions, and workshops as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
Knowledge or passion for makeup, beauty, or theatrical products is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and occasionally alone, as well as part of a team.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Dependability and reliability is essential.

We are a small team, and the sales associate position reports directly to the Store Supervisor and the Store Manager.
