JOB DESCRIPTION
Work closely with Project Superintendent to ensure projects are completed
on time and achieve company standards for worksite safety.
Provide electronic timesheets every evening for yourself and your crew.
Assessing job priorities and assigning employees to appropriate tasks.
Communicate with dispatch daily to secure material, labor and equipment needs.
SKILLS & TRAITS
Maintain ethical standards of the highest level.
Professional demeanor, appearance and attitude.
Very strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to progressively improve and streamline workflow.
Proficient at reading and executing plans, elevations and civil drawings.
Capable of setting up a laser and check two points to verify grade.
2 to 3+ years in commercial construction
