Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and personable Solar Sales Appointment Setter to join our team as an independent contractor. In this role, you will call on 15–30 leads weekly, provided by our company, to qualify potential customers for solar consultations. With no set hours, this position offers the flexibility to work when it suits you, as long as you follow up promptly with incoming leads. Responsibilities:
Contact incoming leads promptly to discuss their interest in solar solutions.
Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure they meet consultation requirements.
Schedule appointments for solar consultations with prospective customers.
Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and appointment status in our system.
Provide clear and professional communication to potential customers.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Reliable phone and internet access.
Prior sales or appointment-setting experience preferred but not required.
Basic knowledge of solar energy is a plus, but training can be provided.
