San Luis Obispo based general contractor looking for EXPERIENCED and SKILLED tradesman with primary focus on custom residential work.
Journeyman or lead carpenter experience in the following;
Ability to read, understand plans and preform general rough work including demolition, concrete work, framing and siding.
Installation of exterior and interior doors and windows.
Installation of baseboard, casing and trim work.
Installation of flooring - nail down, glue down and float.
Installation and layout of specialty items.
Must be able to set up / work on scaffolding, climb ladders, load lumber and lift loads up to 50 lb.
Must maintain personal and team safety measurements.
Must have personal tools and transportation. Valid CA Drivers license. Be ready to share your experiences including years in trade.
Must work well with other co workers and other sub contractors.
Typical work schedule start at 7-30 / 8 am Mon - Fri 8 hr days.
