Customer Service Loan Servicing Representative – Full-Time

Training: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (first two weeks)

Position Overview

As a Customer Service Loan Servicing Representative, you will support customers throughout the lifecycle of their loan. Responsibilities include processing paid loans, preparing payoff statements, reviewing pending documents, and providing high-quality customer support over the phone.

Responsibilities

Manage high-volume inbound calls and make steady outbound follow-up calls

Process paid loans and document detailed, accurate notes

Prepare payoff demand statements and provide payoff information

Review, track, and manage pending and outstanding loan documents and exceptions

Index and image loan documents

Comply with all state, federal, and client regulatory requirements

Required Skills and Experience

Minimum one year of call center experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities

Proficient computer skills
