This is a full-time on-site role for a Trust and Estate Paralegal located in Westlake Village, CA. The Trust and Estate Paralegal will be responsible for preparing conservatorship, probate and trust administration documents, as well as providing litigation support such as tracking discovery, law and motion, and trial deadlines.
Qualifications: Knowledge and experience in law and legal document preparation; strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in performing research and document review; excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively; and experience in trust and estate law preferred.
