EXPERIENCED OUTSIDE ASSISTANT MAINTENANCE MANAGER: This is an outside working
position, not an office position, for a large 300 space mobile home park. Responsible
for all common area park maintenance, maintenance and repair of water and sewer
lines, must have basic general construction knowledge, must be able to crawl under
mobile homes, landscaping, snowplowing, mowing & swimming pool maintenance.
FULL TIME MONDAY thru. FRIDAY 8 AM to 5 PM. ON CALL EVERY OTHER
WEEK. SALARY IS $1,650.00 PER MONTH, PLUS BENEFITS THAT INCLUDE
FREE HOUSING, FREE UTILITIES, FREE HEALTH INSURANCE & IRA
RETIREMENT PLAN.
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE, AUTO INSURANCE, NO DUI IN
THE LAST 5 YEARS, NO FELONIES AND A VALID SOCIAL SECURITY
NUMBER, OR AN I-9. APARTMENT, MOBILE HOME PARK, CONSTRUCTION
OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE & STRONG REFERENCES ARE REQUIRED.
