Front Range Staffing is seeking an Institutional Cook with 1+ years’ experience.
Hours are 10am to 6pm- Sun -Thurs
Pay starts at $18.13hr.
An ideal candidate for this company would possess the following skills and experience:
2+ years cook experience, preferably in a correctional, school or institutional setting.
Experience meal planning, inventory and ordering of food and cleaning supplies.
Cleaning including, washing dishes, cleaning refrigerators, stove, bins, cupboards and other kitchen equipment and utensils; and sweeping and mopping kitchen floors.
Supervise food line.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen area by regularly cleaning countertops, floors, equipment, and other surfaces.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines related to food handling, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness to ensure the safety of both staff and residents.
Ability to work with the incarcerated population.
