Fabrication Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
Operate technical machines to ensure final products are to product specifications regarding blueprints or shop orders.
Proficient in the safe operation of standard shop tools.
Visually inspect parts/pieces as they are being fabricated.
Ensure the functional and aesthetic quality of the product.
Basic knowledge of sheet metal fabrication.
Complies with all safety policies and 5S clean philosophy to maintain a safe, clean working environment.
Able to accurately read a variety of measuring devices.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge/Skills:
Able to accurately read a variety of measuring devices.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with team members.
2+ years working with technical blueprints, drawings, or layouts is preferred.
Experience working with tools is required.
Proven ability to quickly adapt to project needs in completion of one's own responsibilities.
Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift and lift to 50 lbs.
Great to Demonstrate
Ability to MIG and TIG weld.
Prior fabrication operation experience.
Flexibility to adapt to constant change.
Starting Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 hourly rate
