We provide our customers with fine wine, craft beer, sake, and premium spirits. What we are looking for in a candidate:
We are looking for a Full-Time Shift Manager with at least 2 years of management or leadership experience at a busy downtown Denver bottle shop.
We uphold a strong emphasis on hospitality & customer service so you must be personable and enjoy working with customers from all demographics. A positive attitude, great work ethic, professional appearance, and a desire to learn is required. The ideal candidate will have good beverage knowledge in at least one category of products we sell (Liquor, Beer, Wine, Sake)
While most of the shifts available are nights and weekends, we rotate our managers to have some weekday nights and occasional weekend shifts off. You must be able to work most Fridays, Saturdays, & Sundays to be considered for the position.
We need someone who can start immediately, or in at least 2 weeks, with minimal extended time off needs between now and the end of April.
The Shift Manager position can lead to a higher position in our company for someone motivated to pursue a career with us. You are highly encouraged to apply if you have experience as a Restaurant Manager, Bar Manager, Grocery Store Manager, Liquor Store Manager, Retail Manager, Chef or Kitchen Manager; have a Sommelier WSET, or Cicerone Certification; have experience as a Buyer or in Direct Sales

Position Requirements:
21 years of age or older
Willing to undergo a background check
High School diploma or equivalent
Great communication skills
Strong work ethic
Able and willing to work long hours on your feet
Able and willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Able to repeatedly lift 50lbs or more
Be very strict with IDs and intoxicated customers
Proficient with computers & social media

Salary range is based on experience and knowledge. Top pay range is for someone with a lot of beverage knowledge with the ability to actively sell beer, wine, &/or spirits with confidence.
