We’re looking for Concrete professionals with at least 5 years experience in flatwork, foundations, curb and gutter, and more. A valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record are a requirement! As well as at least 5 years of verifiable work history as a finisher. Please do not inquire if you can not meet these requirements.
Duties
Prepare and level surfaces for concrete pouring by using hand tools and other equipment.
Mix, pour, and spread concrete according to specifications.
Finish concrete surfaces using various techniques using rake, shovel, hand or power troweling, power screed, floats,
Install forms, rebar, and other material for concrete structures and ensure proper alignment and stability.
Apply caulking and sealant as needed to protect finished surfaces.
Chip, scrape, and grind high spots, ridges, and rough projections to finish concrete using pneumatic chisels, power grinders, etc.
Free hand ramp, curb & gutter.
Requirements
Have at least 5 consecutive years of concrete finishing experience And provide verifiable work history.
Able to fluently speak, read, and write in English. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
Driver’s license and clean MVR
Proper work authorization and documentation.
Pass a fit for duty physical, background, and drug testing
