Part Time Project Coordinator

Due to growth we are expanding and looking for a Project Coordinator for approximately 20-30 hours a week, with the potential to become full time as the role grows.

Easy Dress Code: Jeans are fine, shirts are provided and only required to be worn during job site visits. The ability to work from home some of the time.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Commuting to in Person Weekly Team meetings, minimum of Weekly Job site Visits for all assigned projects and suppliers such as Floor and Decor for assistance with material selection and some material pick ups as needed.

Documenting projects status daily

Communicating with Vendors, Subs, Clients and Team members as needed

Working within multiple software systems including Xactimate, CoreLogic, Outlook, and others.

Creating Social Media Posts

Scheduling Vendors

Walking new projects and taking detailed scope notes for the Project estimator to use to write the estimate

Recording and tracking Project Costs

Entering in change orders and supplements

Participating in Punch walks.

Light Housekeeping

Lifting up to 50 lbs and the ability to be on your feet through out the day.

The ability to climb ladders, and participate in roof inspections as needed.

Be comfortable using tape measure, drawing floor plans, laser measure and a level.

Additional tasks as needed. This role may change, grow or adapt to fit the needs of the business.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented, positive, and adaptable. We are a very small team, and should be comfortable working with direct supervisor on a daily basis. Construction knowledge is preferred. Bilingual (english and spanish) is also preferred, but not required.

Must have valid driver's license, a street legal transportation (including proof of insurance and current registration), and be able to pass an annual background check for every year that you are employed.
