Job Description and Duties – Kitchen Help
We’re looking for a fun, positive, willing, and cooperative team member to help us in our busy kitchen. If you strive to exceed guest expectations, we want you!
Prepares flatbread pizzas, charcuterie and cheese trays, artichoke dip and hummus boards according to our specifications using written recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools.
Restocks food prep refrigerator and food containers as needed, properly labeling each container, during shifts and at the end of each shift.
Slices meat and cheese, using motorized deli slicer. Slices and chops vegetables using kitchen knives.
Adheres to food safety standards and reports any quality/safety problems to management.
Monitors the quality of products and takes appropriate actions to maintain that quality.
Ensures personal appearance meets company standards and displays professionalism at all times.
Follows all sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures to provide a safe environment for all.
Performs other tasks as directed by management.
