Must have 5+ years of experience and references
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
MUST BE 21+
MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE A MANUAL
Good work ethic and attitude
Lift up to 100+ plus pounds throughout day
Work well with a team
Customer Service Oriented
Crew lead responsibilities:
Oversee Crew
Packing is done correctly
Truck is taken care of and job ready
Ensure the inspection is done
Collecting the bill
Notifying crew of schedule for upcoming jobs
Discipline and maintain order within the crew. Lead by example
Driving the Trucks
