We are looking for a customer service oriented professional to join us as our Assistant Property Manager at two of our premier ski in/ski out properties in the Upper Village of Beaver Creek. Duties include:
Responsibilities cover conducting regular home inspections and property walks, engaging with homeowners and guests, placing work orders for engineering repairs and housekeeping services, and coordinating closely with the Property Manager, another Assistant Property Manager, and Front Desk staff. The role also involves handling package deliveries for owners and guests and utilizing TRACK software to manage homeowner reservations, billing, and work orders.
