We are looking for a customer service oriented professional to join us as our Assistant Property Manager at two of our premier ski in/ski out properties in the Upper Village of Beaver Creek. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in hospitality alongside an amazing team of professionals. Duties include:

Responsibilities cover conducting regular home inspections and property walks, engaging with homeowners and guests, placing work orders for engineering repairs and housekeeping services, and coordinating closely with the Property Manager, another Assistant Property Manager, and Front Desk staff. The role also involves handling package deliveries for owners and guests and utilizing TRACK software to manage homeowner reservations, billing, and work orders.

Minimum Requirements

Assistant Property Managers must be self-starters, committed to excellence on a daily basis, and possess solid computer skills. They should be articulate in written communication with homeowners and colleagues, display strong overall communication abilities, and bring a hardworking, service-driven mindset to the role.
