Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Property Administrator in the commercial real estate sector based in Washington, District of Columbia. This role involves a range of administrative duties related to property management, including liaising with various stakeholders such as property owners, tenants, and maintenance departments.Responsibilities: Administering lease agreements and managing rent collections. Coordinating with vendors and service providers for property inspections and maintenance. Handling tenant requests promptly and finding appropriate solutions. Assisting in property maintenance and operations management to ensure superior service. Monitoring compliance of property operations with lease agreements. Managing property-related documentation, such as operational reports and lease agreements. Collaborating with the finance department to ensure accurate billing and timely collection of payments. Keeping records accurate and providing detailed reports on property status, finances, and maintenance. Staying updated with commercial property market trends and suggesting strategies to enhance profitability. Performing receptionist duties and managing switchboard and email communications. Requirements Proficiency in operating switchboards, ideally those with 1-10 lines Excellent email communication skills Experience in performing receptionist duties Familiarity with property administration or real estate industry Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient in the use of office software such as Microsoft Office Suite Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate with a diverse range of individuals Ability to work independently and within a team Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
