Transportation company need bilingual experienced professional to assist in managing our day-to-day accounting and administrative requirements of our offices.
We are requesting a skilled multi-tasks candidate. The tasks to realize include but is not limited to:
Bookkeeping in Quick Books ONLINE
Prepare invoices
Bank reconciliations for multiple accounts
Recording transactions to maintain up-to-date account activity
Paying supplier/business credit cards/other in a timely manner
Monitoring credit card transactions and balances
Conducting reconciliation of bank accounts
Day-to-Day management of office
Organize office files
Ability to prepare and analyze reports (finance/other) and identify issues that could impact business operations
Payroll: payroll taxes, state and federal unemployment, 1099/W2 and reports
HR duties: new employees/other
Provide administrative support to CEO
Requirements:
Preferably AA Degree preferred in accounting/Finance/Business
Knowledge of accounting, data, and administrative management practices and procedures
High level of proficiency with Quick Books and an experience at least 4 years working with Quick Books
Experience in office management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (must speak and write in Spanish)
Proficient in MS Office: high level of proficiency in Excel
Full- Time job Monday to Friday in VA office (sporadically go to the Maryland office)
