We are searching for a Part Time Administrative Assistant to Work 3 Days a Week at our Law Office in North Miami Beach.
Good Overall PC Skills are Required including the Following:
Must have Good Typing Skills
Should Be Proficient in using Microsoft Word & Excel
Know How to use Microsoft Outlook Email
for Receiving and also Sending Emails with Attachments
Be Able to Scan & Print Documents and Save to a Folder
Know how to use Windows Explorer to Find & Organize Files
Know How to Navigate Web Sites
Law Office Experience would be very helpful!
You should also have good People Skills for talking to Clients on the Phone or in the Office
